Since 2002, Sherpa Engineering is ISO 9001 certified for its technical studies and courses delivery with relation to system modeling, automatics and system engineering activities.

The (ISO 9001 –2008 version) certification has been renewed in December 2012 and for a three year period in our sites in France: La Garenne Colombes, Montigny-le-Bretonneux and Villaroche.

ISO 9001 standard provides companies with a general approach and framework to manage their internal and external processes, which allow delivering products and services to satisfy customers. Thanks to these processes we are in the position to provide high quality services and tools to our customers.

Quality framework applies to several aspects:

Management (MAN)

Allocate and manage resources to achieve company objectives.

Research & Development (R&D)

Define, finance and follow the development and implementation of our offering (products and services)

Elaborate, package and internally promote the internal know-how

Commercial (COM)

Provide support to existing customers and win new accounts to attain company objectives (revenues, diversification, etc)

Studies (ETU)

Implement profitable studies on time according to customers’ expectations

Training (FOR)

Schedule and deliver training courses

Contribute to staff professional development and evolution by ongoing training

Human Resources (RH)

Ensure internal competences management and motivate our staff to accomplish their job

IT (INFO)

Make available and adapt IT resources to serve projects and training IP needs. Identify upcoming needs and follow internal resources.
